1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Morphe applications ("Software"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept this Usage Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Software.
This Agreement applies to all individuals who access or utilize the Software. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
2. License Terms
Morphe is distributed as open-source software. You are granted permission to download and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may not:
- • Redistribute modified versions for commercial gain
- • Use the Software for commercial purposes or public distribution without attribution
- • Decompile or reverse engineer beyond what the open-source license permits
- • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
- • Mirror or redistribute without proper credit
Open Source: This project uses the GPL v3.0 license. Source code is publicly available on GitHub for review and contribution.
3. Disclaimers
Important: Morphe is an independent project with no affiliation, endorsement, or connection to Google Inc. or its subsidiaries.
The Software is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Morphe disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or results of using the Software. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Morphe, its developers, contributors, or distributors be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. This includes, without limitation, damages for:
